I rarely get insurance on flights or trips but when I bought my steam generator, I just thought why not, I use this thing almost every other day. Do not buy anything from this seller product was defective and they will not stand behind their warranty This two year insurance was purchased for a power washer that was recalled for safety issues I followed instructions on recall notice which was cut power cord and send email to seller including photo of cut power cord I’m requesting a refund for both items or replacement item Amazon system is no help only says items cannot to returned
