Imperial Taper Lock Bush 1210- 15/16Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

I just received these for my son. They are very nice and look sturdy, but he hasn't worn them yet, so I cannot speak to how well they hold up in the wash or when worn. They appear to be the right size and look stretchy, but not the kind of stretchy that feels super tight on the foot (which I don't like). If they wear unusually well or poorly, I will come back and edit this.
