I include the additional protection for all of my high dollar purchases. This was the first time I have ever had to use it. I had an extension to provide additional screens to my laptop. Unfortunately, it developed an issue. Submitting a claim was easy and straightforward. UPS came the next day to pick it up and I was notified in just a couple of days that it was received.
